Commercial solar is often worth exploring for businesses that use much of their electricity during daylight hours – offices, workshops, warehouses, retail premises, clinics and similar sites. Owners and tenants have different things to weigh up, so we talk through roof access, any landlord or strata approvals, and how long you expect to occupy the premises before recommending a direction.

How a commercial project runs

We begin with a conversation and, where available, your recent electricity bills. A site visit looks at the roof structure, switchboard, metering and access. You then receive a proposal that explains the design and scope in plain English. Installation is scheduled with you to keep disruption to your operation as low as practical, and we finish with a handover covering monitoring and who to contact.

Owners, tenants and multi-site businesses

If you own your premises, you can plan solar alongside other building works. If you lease, we can provide information to help you discuss the project with your landlord, including the proposed layout and installation scope. For businesses with more than one location, we can assess each site separately so every proposal reflects that roof, switchboard and pattern of use rather than a single standard design.
